Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und vorteilhaft an den U-Bahnen U8+U9 Osloer Straße in der Nähe des S-, Fern- und Regionalbahnhofes Gesundbrunnen in Berlin-Mitte. Auch der Flughafen Berlin-Tegel ist schnell erreichbar. Sie fahren in nur wenigen Minuten in die City-West bzw. City-Ost, zum Prenzlauer Berg, nach Friedrichshain, zum Kurfürstendamm oder zur Messe.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z. B. das Gesundbrunnen-Center in der Badstraße und das Karstadt-Kaufhaus am Leopoldplatz, die Malplaquet-straße), Szene-Cafés, Parkanlagen (Humboldthain, Schillerpark, das Ufer der Panke), Bäder, Krankenhäuser und kulturelle Einrichtungen, wie Museen und Theater (u.a. die Uferhallen (Kunstgalerie)/ Uferstudios (internationale Tanzstudios) sowie der Mauer-park.

Die gesamte Einrichtung ist neu und hochwertig. Die Wohnung wurde Ende 2010 renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ihre Sightseeing-Tour durch Berlin in design-orientiertem Ambiente.

The apartment is very central located near the metro station U8+U9 Osloer Strasse close to the S- and train station Gesund-brunnen. You can reach the city centres east and west, the airport Berlin-Tegel or all trendy areas in less than 20 minutes.
Nearby the apartment you will find all kind of shopping facilities for example the Gesundbrunnen-(Shopping) Centre, Karstadt shopping centre on Leopoldplatz, trendy coffee-shops/ restaurants, public parks (Humboldthain, Schillerpark), swimming facilities, hospitals and cultural life like museums or theatres (for example: the dance and art project "Uferhallen/ Uferstudios") and the museum/ park of the former wall.

The floor is made from wood (Wood strip flooring) and you see some details of the "art nouveau" in the rooms from the beginning of the last century, when the house was built. 1 big comfortable bathroom, 2 King Size Bedrooms with a large double bed, 1 Living/ Bedroom with a sofa bed, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 2 sleeping rooms will make your stay pleasant and charming. The entire furniture is new and high-quality. The apartment was reconditioned in the end of 2010 and again new furnished. Very perfect base for your Berlin-Sightseeing-Tour for people who like beautiful and designful living.
